Role Overview: The Parking Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the daily functioning of our operations. This position is responsible for the timely dispatch of shuttles to ensure we meet our service standards between the parking facility and the airport.

Compensation: $13 per hour with opportunities for regular bonuses.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday: OFF
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: OFF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each customer with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Build strong working relationships with shuttle drivers.
  • Manage shuttle dispatching and ensure adequate coverage at both the facility and the airport.
  • Oversee the proper movement of shuttles, including driver breaks and fueling schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to all customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of airport terminals and surrounding areas to assist customers effectively.
  • Support guests and conduct regular lot inspections.
  • Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Preferred experience in dispatch, cashiering, or customer service roles.
  • Basic math and computer skills are essential.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
