Position Summary

This role is essential for providing support to clients and branches within an E-Banking and Treasury Management (TM) framework. The focus is on enhancing client retention through superior customer service and delivering technical support and training to both commercial and retail clients. The primary responsibilities include generating E-Banking & RDC reports and conducting daily audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to both new and existing E-Banking & TM clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Execute operational tasks and maintain systems and accounts for all TM products.
  • Provide training for new and existing clients on various banking platforms and services, including online banking, bill payment, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
  • As TM services evolve, engage in testing and supporting new processes and workflows. Collaborate with the Senior Treasury Management Officer and team members to ensure compliance through meticulous audits in E-Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and TM product implementation.
  • Oversee the service request system to guarantee timely completion of all requests within departmental service level agreements.
  • Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness. Conduct system maintenance and callbacks for quality assurance.
  • Perform report reviews as necessary for system auditing purposes.
  • Effectively address problems or issues and escalate as needed to enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to departmental projects by adhering to test scripts, validating data, and working closely under the guidance of the Senior Treasury Management Officer.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned, including operational responsibilities, conversions, and implementations.

BSA/AML/Compliance Responsibilities

This position involves direct or indirect interaction with customers and colleagues, necessitating adherence to BSA/AML responsibilities. The employee will have access to information and documents related to BSA and is obligated to report any suspicious activities to the BSA Officer as appropriate. Understanding and following the Bank's BSA/AML policies, including escalating suspicious activities, is essential. Additionally, the employee must comprehend and adhere to the Bank's compliance program.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury Management Operations and Product Support, including online banking, bill payment systems, remote deposit capture, ACH Origination, positive pay, and bank core processing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service setting.
  • Experience in branch operations and/or bank operations in a customer service context is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
