Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist include:

  • Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with clients, both internal and external, even in challenging situations.
  • Respond to all client inquiries within one business day.
  • Achieve a target of 20 positive online reviews or 20 referrals each month.
  • Assist clients in adding coverage, identifying coverage gaps, and processing policy modifications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as text and email communications with clients.
  • Document all interactions and maintain an up-to-date database of current clients. Strong computer and typing skills are essential, with familiarity in Microsoft 365 being advantageous.
  • Enjoy being part of a competitive team while having fun.

Qualifications

The qualifications for the Customer Engagement Specialist position are:

  • Demonstrated history of trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain California Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Accident Insurance Licenses within the first 60 days of employment (reimbursement for expenses may be available based on performance).
  • Must be open to coaching and feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Ability to follow established processes and prioritize multiple tasks with varying demands.
