Position Overview:
The Logistics Customer Support Specialist acts as a key liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned accounts, advocating for client needs and objectives within the company to guarantee quality service delivery.
- Organize, input, and update pertinent data, including the generation of shipping documentation and the entry of load receipts, utilizing both internal and external software applications to effectively serve clients and maintain accurate transactional records and inventory levels.

- Adhere to customer specifications and company standard operating procedures consistently, covering aspects such as communication, paperwork processing, billing, and inventory management.
- Initiate, manage, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure precise inventory records at all times.

- Address customer concerns efficiently, involving the customer service supervisor or operations manager when necessary.
- Communicate and relay information through appropriate channels both internally and externally to support warehouse operations and client needs.

- Perform routine clerical tasks, including data filing and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail and technical proficiency, including understanding of software, hardware, and network systems.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated motivation, goal orientation, persistence, and negotiation skills.
- High initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and meet deadlines effectively.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently communicates verbally and audibly. Occasionally, the employee may need to reach with hands and arms or stoop, kneel, or crouch.
