  1. Accurately verify and count cash in the register at the beginning and end of each shift.
  2. Utilize the cash register to calculate totals, process payments, and issue receipts, including handling returns and exchanges as per company policies.
  3. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging positively with customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
  4. Assist in setting up store displays for promotional events and ensure that all advertising materials are effectively utilized.
  5. Handle returned merchandise by verifying documentation and processing refunds or exchanges to maintain customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for customers.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in customer service or retail. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic math, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various physical tasks associated with retail operations.
