Business Development Manager

Altius Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in the Equipment Finance industry. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the equipment finance industry
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives
- Identify and qualify equipment lease and finance transactions
- Work with management to analyze, price, and structure transactions
- Assist in managing the customer relationship from initial contact to transaction award, credit underwriting, and funding
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful track record in Business to Business Sales
- Highly skilled and proficient in most aspects of finance, with a strong understanding of the equipment finance marketplace
- BA/BS degree with a preferred emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Ability to use the Loan Pricing Model and knowledge of transaction pricing for equipment and vehicles
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to build relationships
- Confident self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
