Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hirose Electric USA, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and sales within our assigned territories in Southern California, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronic component industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites, tradeshows, and company events.
