Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Manager of Accounting, Finance, Tax, HR, and Legal. This pivotal role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Daily Financial Operations: Oversee bookkeeping activities using Quickbooks, manage payroll through Assisted Payroll Quickbooks, and handle purchase order processing, including submission, tracking, and receipt.
  • Accounts Management: Ensure accuracy in accounts payable processes, conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reporting: Manage month-end close activities, prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, and oversee daily sales reporting.
  • Inventory Oversight: Handle inventory management tasks, including audits, adjustments, and generating necessary reports.
  • Tax Coordination: Supervise tax-related responsibilities, including sales tax, franchise tax, real estate tax, and vendor tax compliance.
  • Leadership Role: Participate as a member of the Leadership Committee, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee staffing, recruitment, and employee benefits management, while interfacing with legal counsel as needed.

Required Skills
