Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Materials Support Specialist to join our Warehouse team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including material preparation, inventory control, data processing, and troubleshooting any discrepancies related to inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience using Oracle ERP, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Preparation: Daily preparation of material picks for the Materials Control (MCS) team, including urgent production needs and 100% Quality Control (QC) pulls.
• Sales Orders: Prepare sales orders for materials that need to be shipped.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory discrepancy troubleshooting, ensuring accurate tracking of warehouse functions.
• Material Transaction Validation: Monitor and validate material transactions in accordance with established procedures and company policies.
• Data Processing & Tracking: Perform data processing for warehouse functions, including logging and updating material transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• QC and Order Support: Support the MCS team with inventory management tasks, QC pulls, and the execution of various warehouse operations.
• Collaborative Support: Work with other teams to ensure efficient operations, timely processing of orders, and troubleshooting issues that arise in the warehouse.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized documentation related to material movement, discrepancies, and stock levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for improvement within warehouse processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Oracle ERP system (preferred).
