Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Consulting Operations team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage processes, and ensure efficient client onboarding and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Consulting Operations, including tracking client requests and communicating consulting assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to identify and implement processes for efficient client onboarding, quality analysis, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain SharePoint site and manage onboarding process for subcontractors.
  • Schedule and coordinate Consultants' meetings, create agendas, and distribute recordings and notes.
  • Manage internal and external communication for all consulting assignments.
  • Maintain assignment tracker and document decisions, communicating assignments to clients, consultants, and departments.
  • Monitor and notify consultants and departments of changes to assigned projects.
Requirements
  • At least three years of professional experience in administrative support, project management, or a related field.
  • Associate degree and/or progress towards a Bachelor's degree.
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite and Zoom.
  • Adept at learning new software systems.
  • Available to work during standard business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Sugar, Toggl, Slack, and/or DOMO.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to complete multiple assignments simultaneously and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work well with others and handle tasks independently.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and friendly.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) and problem solver.
  • Accustomed to dynamic and flexible work settings.
