The HR Strategy Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding HR services and support to a diverse range of client organizations. This position demands a commitment to best practices in Human Resources, a strong client-centric focus, and the ability to manage a varied client portfolio effectively. Assignments will differ in scope, duration, and hours, making this role perfect for those desiring a mix of projects, adaptable scheduling, and a balanced work/life approach. Please note that this role is not compatible with full-time employment.

Assignments will be allocated based on client requirements, thus no consistent hours or schedules can be guaranteed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of professional HR Generalist or Management experience
  • Must reside in the Charlotte, North Carolina area
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Payroll and HRIS implementation is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of employment law
  • Flexible availability
  • Willingness to travel locally as necessary
  • Strategic HR experience is a plus
  • Management experience is advantageous
  • HR certification is preferred
