About the Role

The Senior Director, HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic, consultative partner and trusted advisor to multiple lines of business on human resource strategy issues.

Responsibilities


  • Align with multiple lines of business to provide strategic, consultative HR support
  • Partner with HR centers of expertise to support the strategic development and execution of talent-related priorities and desired business outcomes
  • Develop and implement world-class people strategies and solutions that deliver on objectives
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging for team members
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and collaborate with HR centers of expertise


Requirements


  • 4-year degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of human resources or related experience
  • 5 years of experience in people leadership/management in a highly matrixed environment
  • 5 years of experience with executive-level consultation across multiple human capital domains
