At Alchemy Acquisition, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Entry Level Customer Ambassador. About the RoleThis position involves working closely with our charity partners, outreach programs, and goals to provide exceptional customer service and support. As an Entry Level Customer Ambassador, you will be responsible for educating potential customers and donors about our non-profit partners and raising their profiles in the local community.
We emphasize continuous learning and personal development, so there is always someone in your corner to support, help, and hold you accountable to your standards and goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Ambassador will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by asking questions to understand customer core values, encouraging open communication and honesty, and providing donation opportunities.
- Meeting with customers daily and entering each interaction with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and kindness.
- Tracking and processing new donations, brand awareness initiatives, and de-escalating customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a broad working knowledge of our charity partners, outreach programs, and goals.
- Participating in daily training sessions, networking opportunities, and conferences to review and discuss customer satisfaction targets, areas for improvement within the customer experience, develop sales techniques, and streamline customer support.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
We're seeking individuals who possess empathy, patience, and consistency when interacting with customers. You must be able to confidently manage all types of customers and scenarios with understanding and the same level of service every time. Adaptability is also crucial, as no day is ever the same in this people-centric career. Clear communication is essential, and you should be able to say what you mean and mean what you say.
