Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions, inquiries, and concerns
  • Oversee daily sales operations of storage units
  • Communicate customer feedback to management
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain facility operations, including reporting and filing
  • Collaborate with the credit department to address disputed items
  • Process daily bank deposits and postal deliveries
  • Maintain the grounds and exterior of the property
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team
  • Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Assist in office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in typing and familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
