About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Activ. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new real estate opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Respond promptly to all incoming leads and client inquiries, building trust and rapport with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate signed contracts.
- Market Analysis: Utilize market trends, data research, site visits, and outreach to assess property value and condition, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making.
- Sales Process Management: Monitor the sales process, documenting follow-up interactions and tracking details in our CRM to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration documents to ensure successful sales.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone etiquette and a strong ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
- Personality: Demonstrate a genuine passion for real estate asset sales, with a goal-oriented personality and a strong work ethic.
