Top Talent Consulting is seeking a skilled individual with expertise in property evaluations and readiness assessments. The selected candidate will oversee the inspection of properties that are soon to be vacant, ensuring they are prepared for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of units scheduled for vacancy and compile a detailed list of necessary repairs to ensure the property is move-in ready.
  • Monitor properties during the preparation phase to confirm that all tasks are on schedule for completion by the designated date.
  • Engage with maintenance personnel to address any issues that do not meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines for project completion.
  • Perform evaluations for new tenants once all approved repairs have been finalized.
  • Capture marketing photographs and videos of properties once they are ready for occupancy.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to provide updates on the status of vacant units.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically overseeing at least five properties at a time.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of construction principles is required.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and inspection tools is preferred.
  • Prior experience in property inspections is essential.
  • Understanding of maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repairs, and water damage is necessary.
  • A clean driving record and background check, along with the ability to pass a drug screening, are mandatory.
  • Experience in interior work is advantageous but not required.
