Key Responsibilities:

We seek a distinguished HRBP expert who can leverage their HR knowledge, client service acumen, and operational experience to deliver exceptional support to one of our premier enterprise clients while assisting the COO in executing strategic initiatives.

Client Engagement

  1. Foster and cultivate a robust partnership with our key client.
  2. Deliver outstanding service to our client and stakeholders.
  3. Oversee daily interactions with contingent workers and managers from an employee relations and service perspective.
  4. Address client inquiries and act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders as required.

Employee Relations Management

  1. Guide and mentor leaders in conducting thorough and impartial investigations, documenting and resolving intricate employee relations matters.
  2. Assess the complexity and risks associated with employee relations issues and escalate significant concerns to the Director of HR.
  3. Provide expert advice on compliance, ethics, and employee relations matters.
  4. Offer performance management support and guidance to managers, including coaching and career development.
  5. Coordinate and implement required training programs.
  6. Build strong relationships with employees and the contingent workforce.

Program Development and Oversight

  1. Lead the design and execution of essential HR programs and processes, including performance management and employee development.
  2. Identify opportunities for organizational development and facilitate the creation of employee training initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.

General HR Support

  1. Provide daily assistance with general HR inquiries.
  2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements affecting employee management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  3. Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures consistently, considering applicable federal and state laws.
  4. Generate HR reports as necessary.

Strategic Projects and Initiatives

  1. Oversee new and ongoing HR programs and strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  2. Manage performance metrics to ensure objectives are met and strategic initiatives are realized.
  3. Contribute insights on future HR projects that align with organizational goals.
  4. Identify and communicate opportunities for enhancing HR process efficiencies.
  5. Utilize business and personnel metrics to derive insights and drive solutions that support business strategies.
  6. Provide strategic guidance on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent management.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of substantial HR experience, particularly in employee relations.
  2. Exceptional service orientation and integrity.
  3. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  4. Strong independent work ethic complemented by effective teamwork skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  6. Proficient in project management and program development.
  7. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Capability to establish rapport with diverse individuals across various professional levels.
  10. Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  11. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  12. Proven skills in process development and implementation.
  13. Demonstrated success in managing relationships in a high-performance culture.
