The ideal candidate will leverage strong negotiation and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. Continuous coaching will be available to help you build confidence in your role and foster strong relationships with our clients.

This position offers a hybrid work model. You will be required to attend the office approximately four times a month for essential meetings, training sessions, and collaborative efforts, while also benefiting from ongoing support from a dedicated team. Should you prefer a more traditional office setting, you are welcome to work in the office more frequently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing coverage to determine the extent of the company's liability.
  • Collecting information through interviews and investigations related to individuals injured in incidents.
  • Resolving unrepresented personal injury claims, among other tasks.
  • Calculating benefit disbursements and authorizing claim payments within specified financial limits.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least one year in claims management.
  • {OR} An associate's degree combined with three years of relevant experience, including one year in claims management.
  • {OR} A bachelor's degree with at least one year of claims management experience.
Preferred Skills
  • At least six months of experience in handling injury claims.
Location: Flexible options available.

Compensation
  • Annual salary range of $59,800 - $77,400.
  • Potential gainshare bonus of up to 16% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
