Compensation:

$16 - $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, whether in person or via phone
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by gathering information with care and precision
  • Manage personal injury case files from initial registration through claims setup and liability assessment, ensuring a smooth transition to the production team
  • Maintain client satisfaction by providing regular updates and assistance regarding their cases
  • Uphold confidentiality standards for both practice and client information
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and medical providers to collect necessary information
  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, updating case management systems, and organizing case files
