Compensation:$16 - $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, whether in person or via phone
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by gathering information with care and precision
- Manage personal injury case files from initial registration through claims setup and liability assessment, ensuring a smooth transition to the production team
- Maintain client satisfaction by providing regular updates and assistance regarding their cases
- Uphold confidentiality standards for both practice and client information
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and medical providers to collect necessary information
- Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, updating case management systems, and organizing case files
