Job Summary

As a Claims Database Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely implementing and maintaining critical information on claims databases. You will synchronize data among operational and claims systems, apply business rules, and validate data to ensure adherence to business and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain claims databases in QNXT and Benefits
  • Analyze claims issues using critical thinking and configuration solutions
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes
  • Participate in the implementation and conversion of new and existing health plans
  • Mentor junior analysts on configuration functionality, enhancements, and updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in claims database management
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 7-9 years of experience in claims database management preferred
