Job Title: Senior Personal Injury Attorney

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site meetings)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor less experienced attorneys and staff
  • Monitor pre-litigation reporting to ensure cases are moving efficiently through the process
  • Provide guidance to support staff to ensure profitability and goals are met
  • Manage personal injury claims from inception to resolution
  • Counsel clients through the process, including regular updates
  • Manage all pre-suit investigation - discovery, depositions, experts, etc.
  • Review medical documents and calculate damages
  • Research and analyze case-specific legal issues, documentation, insurance policies, etc.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited school of law
  • License to practice law in Kentucky or transferable UBE
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and persuasive written and verbal skills. Negotiating experience
  • Pre-suit deposition experience, and discovery/investigatory experience
