Position Overview

Are you driven to achieve and passionate about building customer relationships? Do you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to success? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Associate.

As an Insurance Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs. You will work closely with our experienced agents to gain an understanding of the agents role and office logistics. You will also learn how to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products, and how to network effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Adapt skills necessary to operate a business.

As a member of our team, you will receive:

  • Salary plus commission/bonus
  • Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products
  • Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agents role and office logistics
  • Learning how to network effectively
