As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in our sales organization, working closely with our Account Based (ABX) go-to-market strategy to create a qualified, new business pipeline.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class buying experience for prospects, showcasing our brand and culture of true quality
  • Qualify marketing leads through brief, introductory calls using a BANT methodology, and collaborate with Account Executives to create a seamless experience
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of daily activities, demonstrating ownership of your book of business and showcasing its influence on down-funnel outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous pipeline growth
  • Participate in regular enablement sessions to develop subject matter expertise in the MedTech industry, sales skills, and Sales Acumen
Your Ideal Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Extremely organized, able to work autonomously, and highly accountable
  • Passion for sales and a track record of success in an SDR, BDR, or quota-carrying role
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with others to create impact
  • Ability to strategically analyze accounts via Sales tools to map compelling messaging to key personas
  • Competent user of traditional SaaS sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a sales-focused environment

This role can be located within the United States or Canada. The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000, though actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
