Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at STULZ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our SATS Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) solutions and Humidification products to end users, OEMs, engineers, and contractors in accordance with our company's guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of independent manufacturer's channel sales partners (Sales Representatives) within a Region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell our products in local territories.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Marketing to ensure follow-through on lead generation and alignment with sales plan performance.
  • Support Sales Representatives at regional/local trade shows and conferences, demonstrating our software to users and the design community.
  • Establish business plans for each assigned channel partner to ensure channel sales goals are achieved for each territory.
  • Perform monthly sales forecasting for the Region and promote excellent funnel accuracy and quotation hygiene.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent technical education or experience in the field of HVAC equipment and applications.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of acceptable sales experience in the selection, promotion, and selling of an engineered HVAC product line.
  • Ability to read and understand English instructions and comfortable with public speaking.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC formulas used in sizing/selection of products and a complete understanding of psychometrics and the use of psychometric formulas.
Language Skills

English is the primary language used in this role.
