Job Title: Regional Manager - CNP Team

Invitae is a leading medical genetics company dedicated to bringing comprehensive genetic information into mainstream medicine to improve healthcare for billions of people. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our CNP team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the CNP portfolio and have a comprehensive understanding of all Invitae products and services.
  • Drive revenue and volume in assigned territory with a high degree of accountability, integrity, ownership, and execution.
  • Sell into targeted markets and understand the competitive landscape to create new opportunities and increase existing business.
  • Help achieve revenue goals by establishing and prioritizing critical success metrics; conduct regular business reviews and ensure sales attainment align with business goals.
  • Provide high-touch account support, coordinating with service and billing teams to ensure consistent follow-up and timely resolution to any issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • A passion for sales with a high degree of accountability and integrity.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and growing business in the diagnostic industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of industry trends and clear knowledge of assigned territory.
  • 8+ years of healthcare sales experience and substantial experience building relationships and selling complex, value-driven solutions to a variety of healthcare stakeholders, including into the C-Suite, across Health Systems, and Clinic settings.
