About the Role

AireSpring is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales and Account Management: Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers, develop and present sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs, and accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Some high-technology and telecommunications industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Some proficiency with voice data and ISP telecommunications.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent grasp of business case and financial analysis, sales management, and time management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High interpersonal and account management abilities.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Superior negotiating and closing abilities.
