We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives for Family Offices, driving business expansion and relationship management across the Family Office landscape.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to drive enterprise adoption of our technology platform, infrastructure, and services.
  • Promote a consultative approach to deepen and expand current relationships and source new opportunities across the iCapital platform.
  • Centralize client coverage efforts, ensuring team alignment to support client needs and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Educate clients on the depth of our technology capabilities, driving new mandates and business activities.
  • Create and deliver executive presentations, reporting on key initiatives and business activity.
  • Communicate feedback from clients and prospects to improve delivery of solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Conduct platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, manage RFP responses, and collaborate with internal and external teams on client launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy, CRM technology, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development/relationship management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with key decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex products and/or technology offerings to Enterprise clients.
  • Robust knowledge and experience with alternative investments, specifically the Family Office space.
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize client coverage, achieve depth of penetration, and consolidated support models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated client service skills with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of $200,000 to $275,000.
