About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Growth Associate to join our dynamic team at BTS. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving business development and sales initiatives for our rapidly growing US business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop sales leads with large, Fortune 1000 companies, using tools such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn.
- Conduct extensive internet and database research to identify target companies and opportunities.
- Manage sales opportunity follow-through, organize client meetings, and assist in the development of sales and marketing language and strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a highly organized and process-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in our entrepreneurial environment. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are required. Experience with database management, preferably Salesforce.com, is a plus.
