About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Growth Associate to join our dynamic team at BTS. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving business development and sales initiatives for our rapidly growing US business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and develop sales leads with large, Fortune 1000 companies, using tools such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn.
  2. Conduct extensive internet and database research to identify target companies and opportunities.
  3. Manage sales opportunity follow-through, organize client meetings, and assist in the development of sales and marketing language and strategies.
