  • Manage labor and cost of goods sold effectively
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage vendors and suppliers
  • Utilize strong time management and memory skills
  • Stay aware of situational awareness and adapt to changing situations

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledgeable about craft cocktails and mixology
  • Understanding of cost of goods sold management and labor management
