Job Summary

Taffer's Tavern is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve guests in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our signature products, adhering to our recipes and standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to provide excellent service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless service, maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership: Take initiative to lead by example, make decisions, and take actions based on previous experience and good judgment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Possession of, or the ability to obtain, all state required work cards.
