Job Title: Part Time Bartender

Job Summary:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive atmosphere for guests. Ensure that all beverage operations are in compliance with systems, control policies, recipes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Operations: Ensure the daily operation of the Bar in liaison with the management team/GM. Responsible for ensuring that all Beverage operations are in compliance with all systems, control policies, recipes, and procedures.
  • Beverage Management: Estimate beverage consumption and purchase or requisition beverage ingredients and supplies. Monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the Beverage product.
  • Leadership and Guest Hospitality: Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints and bring them to the attention of Management. Review comments or guest feedback, guest satisfaction results, and other data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Team Management: Attend and ensure that daily pre-shift meetings are conducted with all Team Members daily for all shifts. Maintain cleanliness and health code standards. Complete or assist beverage inventory as needed.
  • Staff Scheduling: Schedule staff to reflect daily occupancy and reservations in order to monitor and control payroll and other expenses. Rotate bartender shift duties as needed to create a fair workspace.
  • Shift Closure: Support in closing out the shift effectively and efficiently.

  • A large portion of time will be spent in a kitchen or bar. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and taste or smell.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
