Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Sunnyhill, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other team members.
  • Conduct preference assessments, skills assessments, and develop behavior and treatment plans.
  • Implement skills acquisition programming, train parents, behavioral personal care attendants, and other caregivers on behavior change protocols.
  • Analyze data and adjust plans as needed based on data.
  • Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavioral Personal Assistants (BPA).
  • Communicate regularly with BCBA, BPA, administration, parents, caregivers, and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education.
  • National Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Licensure as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri (or meets the eligibility criteria for licensure).
  • Minimum 1 year experience providing services to individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
