Job Description

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) to address client goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients and families.
  • Provide training and supervision to technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques, including positive reinforcement and behavioral assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
