Position Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Florida Paints, you will play a crucial role in developing and communicating impactful branding messages and materials for our offerings.

This position demands exceptional multitasking skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Your contributions will enhance ongoing marketing efforts and be vital in formulating new strategies that align with the goals of both the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales team in fulfilling client material requests (e.g., promotional items, brochures).
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Product Development.
  • Support product labeling initiatives.
  • Manage sales support requests (e.g., business cards, signage).
  • Organize and oversee trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, including logistics and follow-up, in conjunction with the Director of Marketing.
  • Work with the sales enablement team to address current and new project requests.
  • Enhance processes and procedures to improve sales team efficiency and access.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team to gather content for completed projects.
  • Manage and distribute general marketing support materials, including promotional giveaways and co-branded apparel.
  • Support, manage, and distribute color tools, such as color racks and fan decks.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database for accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Provide color renderings and digital color books as required.
  • Assist store operations with merchandising requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must pass background and drug testing as per federal and/or state regulations.
Physical Requirements

Ability to travel to various locations as needed. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Must be able to stand, walk, and sit; communicate in person and by telephone; use hands to handle objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
