Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Experience Coordinator to join our team at LEGOLAND Parks. As a key member of our luxury guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our VIP guests, ensuring their every need is met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead VIP Groups: Provide personalized, luxury experiences for VIP guests, tailored to their preferences and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments to plan and execute VIP Experience Events, ensuring seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and Fulfill VIP Needs: Network with other departments to anticipate and fulfill future VIP needs, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Book VIP Experiences: Ensure compliance with PCI regulations and convert inquiries into successful sales, providing a seamless booking experience for VIP guests.
  • Deliver Outstanding VIP Experiences: Recognize all aspects of the resort to deliver customized itineraries, ensuring high feedback scores from attending VIP guests.
  • Research and Plan: Research VIP groups to understand their preferences and limitations, creating tailored experiences that include attractions, restaurants, and other amenities.
  • Record and Maintain: Record all VIP financial transactions and maintain a database of group expenditure records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Ensure adherence to the company's TIPs policy and procedure, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Ensure that daily resort operations are not hindered by VIP group activities, maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to VIP Experience inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and connect with guests.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple VIP groups and events simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and Passion: Knowledge and passion for LEGOLAND Florida Resort and its attractions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and booking platforms.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate the resort for extended periods, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Education

High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.

Pay Range

USD $14.00/Hr.
