Territory Sales Manager for Medical Devices

Aid in the direct sales of the company's iTind product and service offerings by calling on and being responsive to existing and prospective customers to determine their needs, concerns, issues, problems, and challenges.
Use this information to provide solutions to solve customer issues while enhancing long-term relationships between the customer company and the Territory Manager.
Develop new accounts and grow business in existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
Exceed assigned Sales Targets by responding to requests for information and data from sales management, marketing, and corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed Annual Territory Revenue Sales and Gross Profit Targets by organizing and planning territory for efficient and productive coverage.
- Maintain a complete prospect, competitor, customer database, and provide information to management as needed or requested.
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, and other areas of surgical services.
- Utilize sales presentation skills to sell the company's iTind product via consultative selling to customers that generate closing ratios required to achieve Sales Targets on a quarterly, monthly period, and annual basis.
- Utilize company resources to meet and achieve sales results.
- Properly allocate time within and between all accounts to ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly, period, and annual Sales Targets in all product categories.
- Complete and maintain sales paperwork, CRM, and other records in an orderly fashion and submit in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide necessary and appropriate post-sales and support service to customers, including installation assistance, training, and troubleshooting problems.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior sales or marketing experience is required.
- Ability to travel within territory daily, occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region, overnight stays will be necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours (may include some weekends and evenings).
