Job Description

Job Title: Territory Manager, iTind

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets by organizing and planning territory for efficient and productive coverage
  • Maintain a complete prospect, competitor, customer database and provide information to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management and other areas of surgical services
  • Utilize sales presentation skills to sell company's iTind product via consultative selling to customers
  • Properly allocate time within and between all accounts to ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly, period and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior sales or marketing experience required
  • Ability to travel within territory daily and occasional need to travel outside territory within region
