As a Business Development Representative at EO Johnson Business Technologies, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, and identifying customer needs in order to sell appropriate business solutions to meet those needs.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for exceeding sales targets, a talent for effectively communicating with clients, and a strong desire to drive business growth.

The Account Growth Specialist is responsible for growing the account base in the assigned territory, as well as managing and maintaining existing accounts. This includes engaging prospects through cold calling, in-person meetings, and community business networking.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will learn and implement creative sales strategies, build and foster meaningful customer relationships, and be responsible for coordinating delivery and installation of equipment.

Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Executive will utilize CRM to plan meetings, appointments, weekly schedules, and to update and maintain customer contact information.

Requirements for this role include 2 years of business-to-business consultative sales experience selling business technology products and services, a college degree in business, sales, marketing, or 4 years equivalent work experience, a proven record of sales success, formal sales training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and any other standard software related to sales and marketing.
