Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, nurses, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product support and services to maximize the benefits of Medtronic's ENT products and services.
  • Provide technical support during cases and inform clinicians of patient treatment options, promoting education of our products and services.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research, including customer and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products, communicating with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborate with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales or clinical experience
  • Operating Room experience
  • Relationships within the ENT space
