Job Overview

Housby Mack, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts on a National level, promoting and growing our online sales platform to include our entire menu of services.

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will work closely with internal leaders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with current customers and prospective customers on a National level to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current customers and prospective customers on a National level to generate new business.
  • Complete in-person visits and deliver high-level presentations to existing and prospective customers in order to promote Housby's full menu of services.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics in CRM database, Salesforce.
  • Attend tradeshows when necessary.
  • Must be willing and capable of traveling at least 10-15 days per month on a National level.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations when needed.
  • Other projects/tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Motivated and self-driven.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • The work environment for this position can be varied, due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
