- Evaluate construction challenges and implement immediate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor construction timelines for any delays and communicate these to supervisors.
- Identify key milestones and potential issues, recommending preventive measures accordingly.
- Participate in educational workshops, training sessions, and conferences for professional development.
- Review RFI responses and manage change orders efficiently.
- Prepare construction progress and expenditure reports for management review.
- Establish budgets and timelines for construction projects.
- Track and manage expenses to stay within the allocated budget.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality and productivity are maintained.
- Complete Daily Reports using Procore, our project management software.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred (training for OSHA 30 will be provided if necessary).
