Job Title: National Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and service professional to join our team as a National Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our National Account customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage National Account Service programs to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and facilitate price adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver customer reports to effectively execute and manage assigned accounts.
  • Engage in regular account visitation meetings to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Management or Sales Management in a service industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in National Account Program Management or Key Account Sales Management.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with large impact customers at the Executive or "C" decision-making level.
  • Autonomous, progressive "take-charge" attitude with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, understand, recognize, and prioritize workload.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 20%.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
