Front Desk Representative

Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including room inventory and guest information
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
* Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment
* Handle cash and credit transactions, including room charges and incidentals
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with hotel operations and software systems
