**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greet and Assist Guests**: Welcome visitors, offer assistance, and ensure a comfortable environment for clients.
- **Manage Incoming Calls**: Answer, screen, and route calls to the appropriate staff members in a timely and professional manner.
- **Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace**: Dispose of trash, replace tissues, and maintain the overall appearance of the guest-waiting area.
- **Process Mail and Packages**: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**: Ensure that all electronic and paper files are up-to-date and organized, including deeds and trust files.
- **Perform Administrative Tasks**: May perform light typing, proofreading, data entry, or printing as needed.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- **Experience**: Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred.
- **Skills and Abilities**: Proficient in MS Office Suite, clear and professional speaking voice, and excellent interpersonal skills.
