About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, sales, and upgrades in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell Cox data, video, home security, and voice services to residential customers
  • Manage your assigned territory and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify new opportunities and improve sales performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Ability to qualify for certifications and licenses as required by state and municipal laws
  • Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a smartphone, iPad, and computer
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather and walk 1 1/2 miles or more per day
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of local market and established local contacts
  • 1+ years of outside/field sales/door-to-door or related experience with quota requirements
  • Experience in residential direct sales, home security, or telecommunications industry
