Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
About the Role:We are looking for someone who is tenacious, innovative, and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus uncapped commission, commission guarantee period, company-provided truck or vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits package. You will also have opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
