EquipmentShare is a leading provider of equipment rentals and solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction company principals. As a Territory Account Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our existing customer base, developing new sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Stay up-to-date on new and additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the rental or construction industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
