Job Summary

We're looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction company principals. As a Territory Account Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our existing customer base, developing new sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve our customers' businesses.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the rental or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
