About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting the value of Total Body Care, and supporting clinic flow. You will work closely with our trained leadership team to achieve sales goals and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every guest feels valued and understood
  • Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on new services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and previous retail or sales experience
  • Critical thinking skills, excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Great people skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
  • A general knowledge of massage and skin care services
