Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Processing: Expedite the claims application process, ensuring accurate and timely assignment of claims to the appropriate claims handler.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and our claims team, providing clear and professional communication regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and timeframes.
  • Quality Service: Participate in and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Attendance and Availability: Attend scheduled work hours and be available to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, PC literacy, good customer service skills, strong organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
