Job Title: Public Safety Lieutenant

**Job Summary:**

The Public Safety Lieutenant at Goodman Realty Group is responsible for ensuring a secure working environment by overseeing subordinates and contracted security staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct daily briefings to share safety information and inspect uniforms and equipment.
  • Provide training sessions to guide subordinates and conduct debriefs after critical incidents.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and contractors to maintain safety standards.
  • Review sign-in logs, invoices, and property conditions to ensure safety measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and update safety procedures and protocols.
  • Keep abreast of local and national security updates and events to address any concerns promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by higher authorities.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in military or security roles.
  • Proficient in communication and able to work under pressure.
