Job Title: Public Safety Lieutenant

**Job Summary:**

The Public Safety Lieutenant at Goodman Realty Group is responsible for ensuring a secure working environment by overseeing subordinates and contracted security staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct daily briefings to share safety information and inspect uniforms and equipment.
  • Provide training sessions to guide subordinates and conduct debriefs after critical incidents.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and update safety procedures and protocols.

**Requirements:**
